TRABCOL stands for TRADE BRIDGE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED. Established in October 2022 in Bamenda, TRABCOL is headquartered in Kong, known as "The Coffee Village" and the village of the future. TRABCOL is a community-based organization involved in a variety of sectors including agro-industry, real estate, tourism, and community outreach programs. Additionally, TRABCOL plans to launch a record label in the near future.

The establishment of TRABCOL coincided with the appointment of Kwa Franklin Ghong as the quarter head of Kong. TRABCOL is set to fully manage the Kong Development Project (KDP), a grassroots initiative aimed at job creation and community development, with a particular focus on youth empowerment and gender inclusivity.

TRABCOL operates under a general membership and a board of directors that oversee its affairs. As the sole entity responsible for the KDP, TRABCOL will award contracts to firms to carry out various tasks, ensuring their successful execution.

In close cooperation and collaboration with the leadership of the Kong Fondom, TRABCOL will oversee the KDP at all levels. The organization will work hand in hand with all stakeholders, including the public, local administration, traditional authorities, elites of the land, youths, and foreign investors from the United States. Together, TRABCOL and the Kong Fondom aim to realize the full potential of the Kong Development Project under their watchful guidance.
